Mother and son at Hope House

Being a Volunteer or an Advocate to a pregnant teen or a parenting teen is one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling things you’ll ever do. You can help shape a teen and the child’s future, for the better, by being there for them in a time of need, support, and when they could be feeling alone, helpless, lost, and overwhelmed. At Teen Parent Collaborative we are seeking members in our communities throughout Colorado to step up and stand in to help teens. You can make a difference and help to empower the teen mom and teen dad, and their child to achieve success.

You don’t have to be a parent to be qualified as a volunteer or an advocate. There are over hundred organizations and service partners that makeup Teen Parent Collaborative, and they can always use your help. They are seeking people of all ages who can help advocate for their rights, lend support when they’re having to juggle too many things, give guidance when they don’t know where to turn, help them navigate through the process of pregnancy and parenthood, and be there to listen when they need it.

Being an advocate for pregnant or parenting teens in our communities means helping them find opportunities to harness their powers for themselves and their child.
