Services are available to residents of Evergreen and surrounding mountain areas. They offer clothing, short-term assistance, childcare, prayer support, and more. Additionally they have a food bank and job center for extra help.

They offer bilingual services and their focus is on uniting families and helping them move into more stable housing/economic stations. To reach this goal, they also provide caseworkers and social workers to assist families in achieving a better life.
The Center for Trauma & Resilience provides culturally and linguistically responsive programs, health promotion and crime prevention education. Denver works aims to help empower the unemployed to find by helping them prepare and find the right place for them to work. Their services include career counseling, clothing closet, computer accessibility, and life-skills training.
Emily Griffith Technical College provides day and night classes in many different subjects, including High school and GED programs. They also provide apprenticeship training, and have a college dedicated to learning industrial trade skills.
The mission of the Empowerment Program is to provide education, employment assistance, health, housing referrals, and support services for women who are in disadvantaged positions due to incarceration, poverty, homelessness, HIV/AIDS infection, and/or involvement in the criminal justice system.
The Denver Rescue Mission operates Champa House, Lawrence Street, the Crossing, Family Services and Resource Center. Their main priority is to provide shelter, food, clothing, education, Christian teaching, and work discipline to the homeless. They also provide emergency services and other outreach programs.
Colorado Volunteers of America provide a wide range of services across Colorado. These services include, but are not limited to emergency shelter, food, counseling, parent education, GED classes, DV education, housing referral assistance, and more. The Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE), is Colorado’s first 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that assists low-income families in gaining the skills and education necessary to transition off of public assistance (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, TANF), and gain long-term employment. CWEE’s purpose is to reduce poverty in Colorado by creating self-supporting families.
